On my recent visit to FoodFest, a summer festival in my hometown, I got my first henna. This simple, meaningless design inspired me to get something I've always dreamed of - a white-ink tattoo. Many factors currently prevent me from getting one, but I swear that sooner than later I will have a white-ink tattoo on my body. Sorry Mom and Dad!

I can't stress enough how important it is to be yourself and to be confident in your own beauty. Stop following the common trends, spending extra money on makeup, skincare products, and stop damaging your hair because the person who told you that this works is not you. Do whatever you please, what makes you happy, and what is good for your body. If you want fuller lips, get them done because you've dreamed of Angelina Jolie lips since you were in the womb, not because your favorite beauty guru got hers done!
